I recently visited your JAX Tyres Moorabbin to have tyres fitted all round to a silver VS Clubsport. I have worked in customer service for many years and am more than aware management only ever receive feedback when it is negative in nature. As such I believe it's important to provide feedback when it's the polar opposite. Over the years I have been to many tyre shops and automotive businesses with my cars and that of the family (many of which are hobby cars and I expect the best of care to be taken). My experience in your shop recently was nothing but positive in all areas and as such wanted to provide this feedback to you and your team and congratulate you on the excellent job you do. The professionalism conducted by yourself and all of your team has really set the bar.
