I am writing to you in regards to the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a returning customer to JAX at the tweed heads branch for a few years now and continue to get the most fantastic service,I have purchased tyres and rims on a number of occasions and also had car services there as well. On the 26/10/2016 I had contacted Barry in regards to some new rims and tyres for a car that we were going to purchase for a present for my sister,I did not have enough time to go and look at wheels so Barry had sent pictures through to me via text msg and prices and availability,I picked a set for the car and had told him we needed them by the next day,he advised me that would be no problem at all,the wheels and tyres arrived by 1pm the next day. So my friend and I had organised to pick up the car and head straight to JAX for wheels before surprising my sister with the car. Unfortunately we were running very late to pick the car up and get back down to jax so it all worked out,so I contacted Barry on my way back to let him know we were running late and would not make it by closing time. To my great surprise Barry and the team had stayed back after closing time,cutting into there own time to fit the wheels to the car and have everything organised to surprise my sister with her new car with her new wheels. It is an absolute joy every time me,my family members and friends go to jax at tweed heads as you always feel welcomed and any problem you have will be sorted with no dramas or complaints. I will continue to give jax at tweed heads my business and recommend to many others as it is such a pleasant experience.
