Customer Testimonial Epping Fabulous Customer Service

I'd like to commend the fabulous customer service provided to me by Luke of the Epping (VIC) JAX Tyres outlet. Luke went out of his way to resolve what might have seemed like a simple problem (flat tyre, wheel nuts too tight to loosen). Luke offered to call by my house on his way home and assisted on removing the wheel from my vehicle. I acknowledge that if I'd been in the RACV (or perhaps had a better wheel brace) that I might have been able to resolve the problem myself. Luke runs a very good operation and should be commended on his care and customer service.
