Customer Testimonial Essendon Outstanding Customer Service

Hello, I wish to provide some customer feedback on your Essendon Victoria store.

I am a return customer with 5 family vehicles being supplied tyres and front end services.

I wish to nominate Adam and his staff for your monthly Excellence in Service Award. My family has had 3 vehicles pass through the store over the last fornight due to wet roads and new tyres being required for safe commuting.

Adam has outstanding customer service, and as I said to him, I have never had another tyre dealer ring me to remind me of a service booking, and I have been driving for 35 years.

My family would appreciate this store being acknowledged by Head Office.
