We are new to the area and we're looking for a new tyre place to look after our cars. We got three quotes. Beaurepairs, K-Mart and JAX. After this morning's personable professional service at JAX Winbourne street Brookvale, we found it! Thank you! The following was 'Our JAX experience'! A) friendly personable service. The gentlemen came across like he actually cared about my business, and vehicle. Well Mannered too. B) Service was within the hour, less actually. C) I then asked for help putting my cover on the spare - Honda CRV, as it sits on the outside do the car and I failed dismally trying to put it back on. The young man was asked to put it on for me ... To which he smiled and said "no problem Sir" (manners goes a long way!) not too mention a great attitude. Thanks Mitchell !! Please pass on my gratitude to both staff team members there at JAX Tyres Brookvale. For the excellent personable professional service. To personable is a lost Customer service trait it seems. We will be back in August for my Ford XR. And my Sons new car as he is about to drive on the roads.
