I would like to recognise the excellent service I received from an employee at your Bendigo outlet.
If you have an "Employee of the Month" of any other staff recognition award I would like to nominate, I think his name is Glen. So please forward this onto the relevant people
When on holidays from Darwin it was necessary for me to get 4 new tyres, fitted, balance and aligned while I was in Bendigo between Christmas and New Year. I think the person I was dealing with was called Glen and I believe was acting as store manager at the time as the manager was on a break over the holiday period.
Glen, although extremely busy covering the front counter, phone calls, doing vehicle deliveries/pick ups as well as working in the work shop provided an excellent and extremely customer focused service. To add to his busy work load the wheel alignment machinery was also not working. As I was on a very tight time frame to head back to Darwin I could not wait around and come back when it was fixed, although it was not required (as the machine was repaired at the last minute) Glen had arranged for the alignment to be done elsewhere so I was not held up.
The service provided by Glen has really stood as above the service one normally receives and has come to expect.
