I bought a set of four Pirelli tyres at your Coffs Harbour branch last week and I wanted to comment on the experience. Service standards are generally not very high in Coffs Harbour and its easy to complain but I was very impressed with the pleasantness, helpfulness and professionalism of your team both when I first enquired by phone about tyres and a few days later when I took my car in for tyre refitting, balancing and realignment.
The mature approach and product knowledge of your people gave me a feeling of confidence that the job would be done professionally and that I would get a good deal. I have not been disappointed with the result so far.
So often in many so called service companies the service is casual and the greeting is not unusually "and what's your problem mate?" I really appreciated the mature, business-like, knowledgeable approach of your people who are a credit to the company.
It would be very much appreciated if you could please pass on my comments to your team in Coffs Harbour because some praise is very well deserved. It will be a pleasure to recommend your company to others.
