Yesterday I had my 2004 Ford Futura’s front tyres replaced along with a service, wheel alignment and brake fluid flush. I stuffed up the feedback card so decided to offer my feedback via email.
The service was carried out at North Lakes, Qld. From first entering the store I was greeted by Alisha and a very pleasant attitude. I explained what my problem was with one of my tyres. She had a look and advised me to replace it. So we decided to replace the two front tyres although she said only one was necessary. We also arranged for a service to be done.
On arrival on Friday morning she advised that it would take a little longer than anticipated due to unexpected staff shortages that morning. I decided to wait anyway. After a while she offered to make me a coffee.
During the time I had to wait she was very pleasant and was easy to converse with even though she was busy.
I did advise her that the car had a very small oil leak. Unfortunately this was not picked up during the initial inspection. However, that aside I was very pleased with the service offered by the staff at this outlet and have already recommended them to other members of my family. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced there in the future.
The discount for pensioners was especially welcome.
