I was in at JAX Tyres Blacktown again today, and again recieved outstanding service from your manager at the desk, Mark's skills at customer service once again were exceptional, I needed my brake pads and discs looked at because of a squeaking noise which was concerning to me, and particularly to my wife who drives our 3 year old in this car regularly. Mark quickly organised Terrance to get the car up on the hoist and check out the pads and discs, I was advised they were good for about another 5,000km and will not damage my discs yet. Mark made an observation that my front tyres were worn on the inside edge and nearly due for replacing, after some discussion and advice we agreed I am better off coming in and getting all 4 tyres done at once. From my last experience with out Mazda 3, I am completely confident in Mark's ability to give me a great price on my tyres without the need to go price matching or shopping around. I also noticed how well Mark communicated with his team, and being in a management position myself, this is something that is highly valuable asset to running a good business, and for the customers experience. Terrance was also great giving me advice on what to do regarding my brakes and tyres, and it was obvious that he really is very knowledgable and capable in his field, and works well in the team environment. Mark, Terrance and myself discussed a service strategy for the tyres and brakes, and I will back in a month or so to buy and align 4 tyres, and probably get my brakes serviced at the same time. Over the past year when people have asked me about tyres, I tell them to go see Mark at Jax Tyres Blacktown. This guy is a credit to the company and himself, and deserves some recognition for outstanding customer service.
