This service is available as a part of the Peace of Mind service package or Logbook vehicle service

What areas of Australia can I use JAX Tyres & Auto Roadside Assistance membership?

JAX Tyres & Auto Roadside Assistance is available on public roads trafficable by a two-wheel drive recovery vehicle in mainland Australia, Tasmania, Phillip Island, North Stradbroke Island, Moreton Island, Fraser Island, Bribie Island and Kangaroo Island or an island that is trafficable by a two-wheel drive vehicular bridge. If Our services incur ferry or oversea transport costs, the member will be responsible for such extra costs.

Can I purchase a JAX Tyres & Auto Roadside Assistance membership for other vehicles?

No. Only vehicles that have a JAX Tyres & Auto Logbook or Peace of Mind service are eligible for a JAX Tyres & Auto Roadside Assistance membership.

Can I pay to renew my JAX Tyres & Auto Roadside Assistance membership without returning for a service?

No. You will need to return for a JAX Tyres & Auto Logbook or Peace of Mind service to maintain your membership.
