JAX Tyres & Auto has wrapped up a successful three-day showcase at the 2026 Melbourne 4x4 Show, held at Melbourne Showgrounds from 21–23 August.

The event brought together thousands of 4x4 fans, with JAX Tyres & Auto showcasing new tyre and wheel products, lift kit upgrades and exclusive show offers, alongside expert advice from the team.

It was also great to see so many people get involved in the Top Gun competition, and I know the whole team enjoyed watching everyone go head to head.”

JAX Top Gun winner sets new benchmark
The JAX Top Gun competition was once again a popular feature of the JAX stand, challenging visitors to complete a wheel change against the clock across two dedicated stations.

With competitors racing to top the live leaderboard, this year’s winner Alex set a new record with a time of 23:15 seconds, beating the previous Melbourne 4x4 show record of 24:59 seconds. For his efforts, he took home a once-in-a-lifetime hot lap in a Supercar alongside professional racing driver David Reynolds.

Pink Saturday
On Saturday, the JAX Tyres & Auto team wore pink T-shirts as part of its ‘Put a Cap on Breast Cancer’ campaign, helping raise awareness of breast cancer throughout the event. The team also collected donations for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), helping support world-class breast cancer research.

Showcasing the latest in 4x4 innovation
JAX Tyres & Auto showcased a wide range of premium 4x4 tyres, wheels and lift kit upgrades from leading brands including Hankook, Falken, BFGoodrich, Pirelli, Tough Dog, Mickey Thompson, Maxxis, Continental and Dynamic Wheel.

The recently launched Continental CrossContact A/T2 was also on display, giving visitors the opportunity to see Continental’s latest all-terrain tyre designed for 4WDs and utes, while product experts were on hand to provide advice on the right tyre and upgrade options for different driving needs.
