From Tyre Fitter to Franchise Owner: Glen Jones Celebrates 15 Years at JAX Tyres & Auto Frankston

JAX Tyres & Auto Frankston franchisee, Glen Jones, is proudly celebrating 15 years of delivering trusted automotive services to the Frankston community.
Glen has built a business recognised for its customer service, quality workmanship and long-standing community connections, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the wider automotive industry.
Having started his career as a tyre fitter in 1995, Glen progressed through wheel alignments, store management and wholesale sales before achieving his long-term goal of owning his own business. Having previously worked within the JAX network, he experienced first-hand the commitment to quality, customer service and operational excellence, giving him the confidence to become a successful JAX Tyres & Auto franchisee.
Under Glen's leadership, the Frankston store has continued to evolve alongside the changing needs of motorists, providing everything from tyres and wheel alignments to comprehensive mechanical servicing for the local community.
On the milestone, JAX Tyres & Auto Frankston franchisee, Glen Jones, says, "Reaching 15 years is something my wife and I are incredibly proud of. Local sponsorships have remained a priority throughout Glen's time as a franchisee. Alongside backing a number of local football, netball and cricket clubs over the years, the Frankston team has proudly sponsored the Frankston Rotary Art Show for the past two years, helping raise funds for MSFIN - Mums Supporting Families in Need.
Customer feedback continues to play an important role in shaping how the Frankston team operates, providing valuable insight into customer expectations, while helping the business continually refine its service offering. The store has also enjoyed strong staff retention, with one team member remaining with the business since it first opened 15 years ago.
