JAX Customer Satisfaction
We’re really proud of our Net Promoter Score (NPS) which is the metric we use to measure the voice of our customers. Our overall average score of 85 is considered excellent and above average in our industry.
This score is based on 55,000 customers last year telling us that they were extremely satisfied with their visit to a JAX store and would very likely return whilst recommending us to others.
We're also grateful that our customers take the time to review their JAX experience, with over 35,000 of our customers leaving 5* positive Google reviews.
In comparison, only a small percentage of customers told us something went wrong with their visit last year and we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards ensuring these customers were contacted for us to listen and provide support.
Gaining these insights allows us to understand when something isn't right and lets us adjust, review our products, improve our services, enhance our offerings and importantly, provide ongoing training to our network.

Had my tyres replaced which I booked and paid for online which was great as I can break my payment in 4 with Paypal. Dropped off my car and had lunch with family oh had a wheel alignment as well so thought it would take some time but finished lunch in time to pick up my car, must say sorry guys' as I didn't have time to clean my car so the wheels were very dirty will do better next time, as I know it is so much easier to do the job when things are clean.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Trustworthy, super fast. I will never go to anyone else. I had been to another tyre company, who said they couldn't put a patch so I tried JAX and they patched the tyre for a fraction of the price and did it in 20 minutes.

Cameron and Simon were very helpful to solve my mysterious tyre leak problem of my Pirelli tyres of the Audi A6.Even after several visits to Jax, no leak was discovered but the tyre pressure kept falling. Cameron was very patient to try out various measures to get above the situation and didn't just dismiss it.Highly recommended to have your tyres fixed at Jax Castle Hill. Friendly service guaranteed.

Excellent work today boys! My breaks are in tip top condition, was told it might take a little bit longer but it was out way faster than I expected. Service was wonderful, everyone in the shop was friendly and had no issues what so ever with me being a ditz and leaving my phone in the car. I can’t thank you enough, you stuck to the quote, you exceeded my expectations and didn’t rip me off.
