About JAX Tyres Mitchell

JAX Tyres Mitchell has relocated from Grimwade Street to 10-12 Winchcombe Court Mitchell ACT 2911 in late April 2015. Drive to the front of the store at 10-12 Winchcome Court or use the driveway at the rear of the building at 9 Darling Street. Brother and sister team Mat and Sam Scifleet work hard at JAX Tyres Mitchell to run an energized and efficient business and fit in their favourite spare time activities. Their father, Pat, also had a big influence on starting and managing the business in the early days. Mat Scifleet started out in the tyre industry in 1996 - before he had even left school. He purchased the JAX Tyres Mitchell with his Dad, and neither have ever looked back. "We pride ourselves on customer service," Mr Scifleet said. "We get repeat customers through being renowned for our one-on-one customer service approach." "People tell their friends and we get a name for ourselves in the automotive industry and that is what makes people keep coming back."

JAX Tyres Mitchell has trained staff and opens from 7:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 7:45am to 12 midday on Saturdays. When he is not running the business, Mat Scifleet can be found working out at the gym, indoor rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, bushwalking, or setting records on the xbox. How does he fit it all in? "I get up early in the morning and I go to bed late at night," he said. "It becomes a way of life if you want to fit in everything you love, and I am used to it."
