Purchase four new tyres from a range of respected brands, and a wheel alignment to qualify for the myJAX platinum tyre maintenance plan. The programme includes over $500 worth of savings for each qualifying vehicle and allows customers to access and track their tyre maintenance online, via myjax.com.au. I usually never go out of my way to rate places, but this experience deserved an exception. I brought my car in for a quick wheel balance due to some vibrations while driving at high speeds. Without me asking, they inspected and gave me a report on all 4 wheels, and informed me that although they did the best they could, the wheels were buckled and that was probably what was causing the vibrations. They also absolutely refused that I pay anything, as they couldn’t guarantee that the work they did would fix my vibration - although it has made it much, much better!! Five stars, you guys went above and beyond. Cheers!

Being new to Canberra, I didn’t know where to go for a problem with my tyres. I drove to a street where there are many tyre shops to choose from. I decided to drive into JAX tyres and auto, Fyshwick, and wow! The customer service was amazing! I had recently changed my tyres from another store, and had encountered some problems with some vibrations in my steering. Steve investigated the problem, and did a thorough detailed one, and even drove the car to test the balancing of the tyres! The other store didn’t test the car at high speed and Steve did. Made sure it was all safe for me! This check was all complimentary! When you have customer service that cares more about your safety and take the time and effort to check, that tells you a lot about them. Thank you Steve!

Rueben and Matthew were more than amazing! We were stuck on the Federal Highway with 4 young girls and a flat tyre. We called to advise that we needed a new tyre but were waiting on a tow truck. The tow truck took 5 hours and Jax were closing at 5pm but they assured us they would stay open no matter time we arrived. We arrived after closing and realised we had ordered the wrong tyre size. Even though they were past operating hours they ran around to other tyre shops to find us what we needed. They truly went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them more highly. They were so friendly and professional and helped us in a bad situation. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

A car dealership serviced my car and advised me to get 4 new tyres (after only driving 7,000kms since new). I took my car into JAX, they inspected the tyres (high performance Michelin Super Sport) and they advised the tyres are designed with a deep tread in the centre of the tyres, tapering to the tyre rims, and that my tyres are fine. They also topped up all 4 tyres with nitrogen. The fee came to a grand total of $0. Took 10 minutes. Excellent! This review is what I wrote about JAX Tyres in Fyshwick 4 years ago: Dropped my car off at 11:00a.m on a Friday and the puncture was fixed 25 minutes later, for only $39. Fantastic service, and very helpful staff. Can't do better than this.

The staff are super helpful, even though I did not make any purchase (hopefully next time) I needed 2 of my front tyres replaced, and after walking into multiple shops without stock for me, this one neither. However, I had a much different experience here. When I asked them to order it for me, they said not until next Wednesday. I said I have a long drive tomorrow, and they said it will be unsafem The staff here looked it up for where I can find it, give me the specifics for the tyres so I can ask around. I finally went to where they recommended and got my tyres replaced. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely amazing service, asked me if I wanted the wheel alignment because I didn’t add it, I added it because I forgot to add it. Told them I would pick the car up after work, they had the car done and ready to go within hours, so when I went to pick it up it was ready to go. Very friendly staff

Hit a pothole on a roadtrip and made an emergency stop here. Turns out I bent the rim. I also have rare sports tires and while they didn't have them in stock and were obviously busy, they quickly found and patched up the leak for free with some glue. Good enough to get me home thanks!

Booked in a tyre change on a Monday for the Wednesday of the same week. Simple and easy drop off at 8am and had the car back by 9:20am. Went for a coffee at ONA nearby. Requested the cheapest tyres as I’m trading in the car shortly and wasn’t even once tried an up sell. Got exactly what I wanted and they offered a free check in service after 5000km. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I’ve recently had a great experience having new tyres fitted at JAX Tyres in Fyshwick. Moving to the ACT from a regional area, I’m very used to relying on business’s that really treat you as a valued customer, and the guys at JAX were exceptional at this. To walk in and meet the guys, and just to ask advice, I was made to feel as I’d known them for 10 years. This will allow you to then add your vehicle registration and search for tyres suitable for your vehicle. Alternatively you may like to search by vehicle or by tyre size from the homepage or under the Tyres drop down at the top of the page.
Select the tyres you prefer and a time to have them fitted and consider the benefits of a wheel alignment. Proceed to the cart to add your details and checkout.
All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

The search function provides you with tyre choices based on your vehicle's original tyre sizing (original equipment) using the information entered by you. It is vital that you enter accurate vehicle make, year, model and series information.
To avoid an incorrect fitment, we suggest that you satisfy yourself that the tyres selected for your vehicle are suitable for the intended use, comply with relevant legal guidelines and are matched to the information contained on your vehicle tyre placard. Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture.
