JAX Tyres & Auto has announced its partnership with Supercars champions David Reynolds and Mark Winterbottom to auction off their pink helmets following the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500. In a shared commitment to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research, all proceeds from the auction will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). 

In collaboration with JAX Tyres & Auto, Team 18 drivers Reynolds and Winterbottom will be racing with custom-designed pink helmets at the Gold Coast event to support NBCF.

The auction follows last year’s success, where Reynolds’ pink helmet raised an impressive $15,500 for NBCF after securing victory in the Gold Coast round. This year, the drivers-only initiative hopes to surpass that amount, with both Reynolds and Winterbottom’s helmets up for grabs. 

David Reynolds, reigning Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 champion, says, “It’s always a privilege to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and racing with a pink helmet is something I’m proud to do. The fact that last year’s helmet raised over $15,000 for NBCF was incredible, and I’m hoping this year’s auction will generate even more. It’s a great cause, and I can’t wait to see the results.”
