JAX Tyres & Auto honours regional winners of its CX Star of the Year Award

JAX Tyres & Auto has announced the winners of its second annual CX Star of the Year award, designed to recognise the impact that franchise and company store sales and workshop staff have at JAX and within local communities.
The award takes into consideration monthly winners selected by the JAX CX team, based on all NPS survey results (approximately 3,500 surveys per month), and Google Reviews that mention staff by name.
At the end of each calendar year, the JAX Tyres & Auto CX team selects the finalists and opens voting to all JAX staff (all stores and Head Office), with winners for each region selected, according to the number of votes received.
CX-Star of the Year 2025 winners:
- Central Region Winner: Tammy Attard - JAX Narellan
- Northern Region Winner: Trystan Clare - JAX Burleigh
- Southern Region Winner: Denis Pipek - JAX Delahey
While franchise owners themselves cannot qualify for the award, they are encouraged and incentivised to drive participation from employees to ensure customer experience is always top of mind for every store.
Each winner receives a gift certificate, a framed award certificate and a letter from CEO, Steve Grossrieder, recognising their achievement.
