Visited JAX Tyres & Auto Narre Warren again after my first experience was fantastic with my Ford Falcon, this time I was shopping for a premium tyre for my i30 N as the factory Pirelli PZERO tyres were on their way out and let me tell you, they've knocked it out the park again. Not only were the staff friendly but also knowledgable when it came to the pros and cons of all the premium tyre brands such as Continental, Bridgestone, Pirelli and of course Michelin. Decided to go with the best of the best with the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and performance of this tyre. With JAX's workmanship and quality of the product, they have given me complete confidence in the vehicle to drive it the way that it was built to be driven (Safely and at the speed limit of course). Ontop of that, Jax's pricing is competitive and the service received is refreshing compared to a lot of other tyre shops, they made me feel like the customer comes first, not their pockets. For anyone looking for a premium service with competitive pricing, JAX definitely has you covered and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Our caravan had a slow leak in one of its tyres. We were unsure how to remove the wheel so spoke with the staff at Jax and they advised us to bring it in and exactly where to park to make the whole process super quick and easy. We were in and out in 30 mins which included removing the wheel repairing the tyre and then putting it back on the caravan (barely had time to finish our on the house coffee). We were overwhelmed by the good service that they provided as well as the friendliness of all the staff there. We highly recommend them for any tyre issues you might have.

Even though JAX tyres didn't have a tyre in stock they contacted there wholesalers and drove to pick up our line tyre for us, fitted the new tyre, checked the rim and the other tyres on the vehicle. Outstanding service and great prices. I replaced 4 tyres and had wheel alignment done (balancing was included). I phoned three tyre places and not only was Jax's prices the best, their service and communication by far exceeded the others in professional and respectful conduct. It took only an hour and during that time I was offered a coffee and could wait and work in their exceptionally clean and air-conditioned waiting room, which had a large table with computer connection points. I also appreciated that there was no loud TV or annoying music playing. Additionally, they offered a complimentary check of the car while it was hoisted and washed the wind screen afterwards. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Yes, however manufacturers' recommendations are always the best and safest option to ensure your vehicle is performing at optimal levels. Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture. Your account information can be updated by logging into your myJAX account at the top of the page and accessing your my account page.
To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
At this time JAX Tyres & Auto does not sell all our available services online. If you would like additional work added to your booking please let the store know, preferably before your booking time and they can accommodate your request.
