I have been a Jax customer for a number of years now. Each set of tyres that I have bought (and one set of wheels) has been professionally fitted with no subsequent issues. I have received good advice on each occasion and I will continue to come back to Jax Bayswater because of the trust factor even though there are a number of closer tyre businesses. Also, my wife hit a very large pot hole at 100kph recently in her CX-5 and I took the car down to Jax to have it checked. After a thorough check of the suspension, wheels and tyres including balancing of all 4 wheels and a front end alignment, we were fortunate that all that was needed was a front left wheel alignment. We were at their mercy and, had they been less honest, the bill could have been much higher. As it was, the cost was quite modest.

The team here are outstanding! I discovered a slow leak in a rear tyre. I called them up at 8:40am, had the car there by 9am and was out the door and back home by 10am same day! Service from initial call through drop off and pick up was better than any service i've ever had! Everyone was kind, professional and cared for my car. The service technician used a seat cover etc so my car was left clean inside with none of the usual greasy marks, the waiting rooms were comfortable with coffee, tea, wifi etc provided. The cost of the repair was also great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Second time at Jax and Highly highly recommend Andrew and the team. To stay at a certain budget Andrew sourced a new stock of the same tyres I previously had. Then when TPMS system in the car through the car into limp mode and the car wasn't drivable Andrew took the car in the same day I called him and he had the new tyres fitted that afternoon. Cherry on top was when I picked up the car there was a scratch on the passenger door and Andrew didn't hesitate to look at his security footage to see how the car was damaged. The security system is absolutely amazing and we clearly saw another car had backed into mine on the drive way and drove off without having the courtesy to tell Jax tyres. Clearly wasn't jax tyres fault in anyway. Andrew then offered to polish and buff out the scratch. Then personally polished it off himself. Door came up a treat. Honestly, after that experience, will not be taking my car any where else and it's great knowing they have a state of the art CCTV system. Thankyou very much Andrew and the team. Highly appreciate the car being back on the road so quickly and all the help the team provided. Customer service at its very best. Get your tyres here if you want high quality tyres at a great price with consistently friendly customer service. All the best.

All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
