Franchisee Matthew Pyle is excited about the new store after opening stores in Maitland and Singleton over the last decade and a half. “In our existing stores we’ve focused on providing the best service for our customers” mentions Matthew. “I think we have been successful in achieving this goal with the children of our original customers now utilizing the stores with it becoming a real family affair.” Matthew says he’s looking forward to getting to know everyone in Tamworth and working hand in hand with his new local JAX family team. Matthew and his partner Kate have been part of the JAX Tyres family for over 10 years. Two years ago they opened a store in Singleton which is managed by their son Darren who was originally a familiar face at Maitland. Matthew and partner Kate are both trained teachers. Matthew works at the stores full time, while customers will often find Kate there in the afternoon, and on Saturdays, outside her role as Principal at Belmont Public School. The family theme continues with their daughter Emilie also involved. The JAX Tamworth team of 5 has a wealth of experience with over 25 years in the industry. With 1 mechanic, a specialist wheel aligner and tyre fitter, no job is beyond them.
