If you purchased selected tyres during our Tred promotion between the 5th-9th June and are eligible to redeem on your invoice please fill in the below. Notes of the Tred promotion must be on invoice for eligability.
Fill out and submit the form to claim your Tred Recovery Boards after your tyres have been fitted at the JAX store. They need to be claimed within two weeks after having your tyres fitted.
Your details will be processed and your gift (Tred Recovery Boards) will be sent within 10 business days.
