If you need to make a claim under your guarantee, contact the JAX Tyres & Auto store at which you received the part or service. Keep your original receipt handy for reference.
JAX Tyres & Auto will dismantle, repair or replace any defective parts and reassemble them on your vehicle free of charge, subject to the guarantee conditions. Your guarantees apply from the date of your original purchase and are not transferable. You must retain your original invoice demonstrating proof of purchase.
At JAX Tyres & Auto we guarantee the tyre against manufacturing faults for the life of the tyre, limited to pro-rata replacement calculated on the remaining tread depth. If any new tyre as fitted by JAX Tyres & Auto is deemed to have a manufacturer's fault, we will replace the tyre on a pro rata basis as outlined. For example, if the tyre is 50% worn, you will only pay 50% of the cost of a replacement tyre from JAX Tyres & Auto.
12 MONTHS OR 20,000 KMS
All brake parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 kilometres. If any JAX Tyres & Auto installed brake parts should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.
Shock Absorber Guarantee
Gas shock absorbers and strut parts - 24 MONTHS
All gas shock absorbers and strut parts are guaranteed for 24 months. If any JAX Tyres & Auto installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.
Hydraulic shock absorbers - 12 MONTHS
All hydraulic shock absorbers are guaranteed for 12 months. If any JAX Tyres & Auto installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period (either due to a parts malfunction or faulty workmanship) we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.
Wheel Alignment Guarantee
90 DAYS UNLIMITED KMS
Your wheel alignment is guaranteed for 90 days, providing all JAX Tyres & Auto recommended repairs or replacement parts have been undertaken or installed before the wheel alignment was carried out. If any JAX Tyres wheel alignment is deemed to be incorrect during the guarantee period we will correct the problem at no charge.
At JAX Tyres we guarantee new wheels fitted by JAX Tyres & Auto against structural defects and defects in finish for a period of 12 months. If any wheel is deemed to have a fault during the guarantee period we will repair or replace the wheel at no charge.

The JAX Tyres' No Hassle Guarantee covers parts or services listed on the original purchase invoice, and is valid from the date of purchase for the period of the guarantee, subject to the following exclusions:
- JAX Tyres & Auto does not guarantee any parts, which have suffered damage due to misuse, accident or any cause including ill-use and improper care beyond the control of JAX Tyres & Auto.
- JAX Tyres & Auto does not guarantee any parts that are removed from the vehicle on which they were originally fitted.
- JAX Tyres & Auto does not guarantee any goods or service where you have changed your mind, decided you do not like your original purchase or have no use for the good or service.
- JAX Tyres & Auto does not guarantee any service where you insisted on having that service carried out in a particular way.
To the extent permitted by law, JAX Tyres & Auto does not offer any further warranties other than those listed on this web page.
Please keep your original receipt in a safe place since proof of purchase is essential before any work can be carried out under your No Hassle Guarantee.
Making a claim
JAX Tyres will bear the expense of all warranty claims made under the JAX Tyres & Auto No Hassle Guarantee provided only that the claim falls within the terms of the guarantee being given. If you have a legitimate claim, you should bring any expense incurred in making that claim to the attention of the JAX Tyres & Auto store with whom you make the claim.
If you have a problem or complaint with any JAX Tyres & Auto installed part or service, please contact the JAX Tyres & Auto store at which you received the part or service. If it is not convenient or possible, please contact any other JAX Tyres outlet and explain your situation.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you under the JAX Tyres & Auto No Hassle Guarantee are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
