JAX Tribe 4x4 Follow the Build!

Open to Australian residents aged 18+. 

Employees of JAX Tyres & Auto and their immediate families, Michelin Australia Pty Ltd and their immediate families, as well as fleet, government, wholesale and account customers are not eligible for entry. 

This is a game of chance. 

Follow JAX Tribe 4x4 page on Facebook by 11:59pm AEDT on 31st March 2026.  

No purchase is required to enter. 

Entries that include offensive, inappropriate or spam content may be removed. 

The promotion commences 6 March 2026 at 9:00am AEDT and closes 31 March 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT. 

The winning Entrant will win a set of 4 x BFGoodrich KO3 tyres (Prize), valued up to $3,060. 

The Prize does not include any travel costs or associated expenses incurred in redeeming the Prize. The Prize includes tyres and fitting into existing rims at the selected JAX Tyres & Auto store.  

In no case will the Prize be modified to fit beyond the Original Equipment Manufacturer standards (OEM standards).    

The Prize must be claimed and fitted at the selected JAX Tyres & Auto store by 31st October 2026.  

The Prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Any element of the Prize that is not claimed will be forfeited, and no compensation is payable in its place.  

Should the tyres chosen by the winner of the Prize not be readily available, Organiser will do its best to source and provide the tyres in a timely manner. The competition Entrants understand that availability of the tyres is subject to factors outside of Michelin Australia or JAX Tyres & Auto's control.    

JAX Tyres & Auto and Michelin Australia reserve the right to offer alternative tyres of equal or lesser value to winner if BFGoodrich KO3 tyres are not suitable for the vehicle or are not available.   

Eligible entrants will be those who follow the JAX Tribe 4x4 Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/jaxtribe4x4, at the time of the draw.  

Draw will take place on 1st April 2026 12pm (AEDT) 

The winner will be contacted by the official JAX Tyres & Auto Facebook page via Facebook private message. 

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, JAX reserves the right to redraw.  

The redraw will take place 7th April 2026 12pm (AEST) 

If the winner does not have the Prize fitted by 31st October 2026, the Prize will be forfeited. 

The winner’s name will be published on the JAX Tribe 4x4 Facebook page. The winner agrees that their photo can be taken at the time they redeem their Prize at their selected JAX Tyres & Auto Store and can be posted to JAX Tyres & Auto social media pages.  

The Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the Entrant and their eligibility. Upon request, the Entrant must provide any reasonable information requested to confirm their identity and/or eligibility as an Entrant (‘Entrant Information’). 

The Promoter will use, store and disclose any Entrant Information only in accordance with their relevant Privacy Policy (https://www.jaxtyres.com.au/legal/privacy-policy). The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Entrant Information may be disclosed to any Related Body Corporate of the Organiser. 

The promotion is conducted in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Western Australia. 

By entering, Entrants confirm this competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. 

Entrants release Meta from all responsibility. 

The Organiser is not responsible for technical difficulties, incomplete entries, or entries not received for any reason. 

This promotion may be withdrawn or varied by JAX Quickfit Franchising Systems Pty Ltd where reasonably required due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Except for any liability not excluded by law, Entrants release and indemnify the Organiser from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the Entrant now has or in the future may have against the Organiser, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrant’s participation in this competition and/or the Prize. 

Except as these terms and conditions specifically state, the Organiser does not include by implication any other condition, term or warranty in respect of the quality, merchantability, acceptability, fitness for purpose, condition or description of the Prize. 

Nothing in these Terms and conditions is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying, or having the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying, the application of any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified including but not limited to the Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. 

To the maximum extent permitted at law, the Organiser (and its respective agents, employees and officers) exclude all liability for any actions, claims, costs, demands, expenses, liabilities or loss (including any consequential or indirect loss) of any kind whatsoever arising from or related to this competition and/or the Prize. 

The laws of New South Wales from time to time governs these terms and conditions, and Entrants agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
