Bathurst 1000 Promotion 2026 - Terms and Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is conducted solely by the Promoter, LEA-JAZ Performance (ACN 689 455 203) of 77 Bentick Street Bathurst NSW 2795.
Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 8:00 am AEST on 11 September 2026 and ends at 5:00pm AEDT on 5 October 2026.
Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Offer is valid in-store only at JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst (located at 77 Bentick Street Bathurst NSW 2795. Online purchases are not eligible.
- Excludes fleet, government, wholesale, commercial and account purchases.
How to Enter
To enter the draw, eligible customers must:
- attend JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst during the Promotion Period and either:
- purchase a set of four (4) tyres from JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst, and
- consent to enter the Promotion at the time of purchase by informing the staff member at checkout.
Prize Details
There are two (2) prizes to be won:
- Four (4) tickets to the Bathurst 1000 (Friday to Sunday, October 9–11 2026), valued at $358.80; and
- Four (4) tickets to the Bathurst 1000 (Friday to Sunday, October 9–11 2026), valued at $358.80.
The prize is:
- Not transferable
- Not exchangeable
- Not redeemable for cash or other products or services
The prize is awarded “as is” and cannot be altered, upgraded, or substituted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft after the prize has been delivered or collected.
Prize delivery is included within a 50 km radius of JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst. Any delivery or installation costs beyond this limit, or associated with setup or installation, are the responsibility of the winner.
Draw Details
- The draw will take place at 01:00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, at JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst.
- The draw will be conducted randomly, and filmed for record-keeping purposes.
- Customer details printed on the invoices will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion, including identifying and contacting the winner.
- All valid entries will be included in the draw, based on the criteria above.
- The first four (4) valid entries drawn will win the prize.
- The winners will be notified by phone or email on the same day, and prize collection or delivery will be arranged for the afternoon of 6 October 2026.
- If a winner is uncontactable or unresponsive for 24 hours, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be held.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
- An unclaimed prize draw will take place on 8 October 2026 at 12:00 pm AEDT, at the same location.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email within two (2) hours of the redraw and prize collection or delivery will be arranged for the afternoon of 8 October 2026.
Media Consent
By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to have photos and/or video taken during the delivery or collection of the prize, which may be used and shared on JAX Tyres & Auto’s social media channels for promotional purposes.
General
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and entry for marketing or promotional purposes related to this Promotion.
- Subject to applicable law, this Promotion may be varied by JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst at any time at its discretion.
- JAX Quickfit Franchising Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 112 050 058) (Franchisor) and its related entities, are not associated with, do not sponsor, endorse or administer this Promotion.
- By participating in this Promotion, each participant:
- acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion is offered independently by the Promoter. The Franchisor and its related entities bear no responsibility for the conduct of the Promotion, nor for any representations made by the Promoter in connection with it. The Franchisor and its related entities will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from or in connection with the Promotion. Any claims, complaints, or inquiries in relation to the Promotion must be directed solely to the Promoter; and
- releases and forever discharges the Franchisor and its related entities, including their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or their participation in it.
- This Promotion, and these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion.
