With a strong background in the retail industry, David and Donna Earley took over JAX Noosaville in November 2017. After coming on board, they are rapidly applying their knowledge of retail businesses into the automotive sector.

What made Dave and Donna venture into the automotive industry is their love of Volkswagen. They proudly own a ’76 Pop Top Kombi VW as well as a ’74 VW Beetle both of which are in a state of restoration.

Having previously owned a Real-Estate Photography business, Dave and Donna have become an adept management team and are excited to bring their expertise into the JAX Business System. While the couple did not have an extensive knowledge of JAX before coming on board, they were a fan of the brand and the franchising model that JAX offers.

The Noosaville store has had a recent face-lift and was purpose built to suit the needs of the customers in the area. The showroom includes a 10-seater table, free WIFI, coffee, tea and water facilities. Road worthy certificates are available from JAX Noosaville as well.

Noosaville also has the latest in technology. Alongside the JAX TouchPoint and JAXTV Media Wall to improve the customer experience, the store owns a state-of-the-art Armless Rim Holder for those very special rims as well as the most up-to-date tyre fitting technology.

Outside of JAX, Dave and Donna lead a busy life with three sons and a daughter in high school. In his spare time, Dave enjoys surf boat rowing with the Mooloolaba Surf Club while Donna’s hobbies include paddle boarding, yoga and is currently in the process of finalising her MBA at University of Sunshine Coast.
