The Goodyear 100 Year Anniversary Campaign /$100 Off Promotion

The Goodyear 100 Year Anniversary Campaign/$100 Off Promotion ends Sunday 31 May 2015 or while stocks last at participating stores. It applies to all tyres in the Assurance TripleMax and Eagle F1 Directional 5 ranges. To be eligible for $100 off invoice price, customers must purchase a set of four tyres from the nominated ranges; tyres must be fitted and purchased in one transaction at a participating store. The $100 is provided to customers off the total invoice price and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services. Additional service and fitting charges may apply to all tyres. Excludes fleet, commercial and account customers. Not available with other offers.

At Goodyear, we stand behind the innovative technology that comes with our tyres and we believe customers will be 100% satisfied with them. To help celebrate our 100 year anniversary in Australia, we’re backing our tyres with a revolutionary pledge; a 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which gives customers up to 100 days (i.e. the trial period) to exchange them for a different set of Goodyear tyres if they don’t deliver on their features and benefits, or meet customer’s expectations. The 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to tyres sold during the Goodyear 100 Year Anniversary Campaign in the Assurance TripleMax and Eagle F1 Directional 5 ranges. Upon purchasing tyres from these ranges, customers have 100 days from the date of purchase/invoice (i.e. tyres being fitted to their vehicle) to exchange them for another set of Goodyear tyres. To take up the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, customers can simply bring their tyres (on vehicle) along with proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or invoice) to the store at which they were purchased within 100 days of purchase - the store will take care of the rest. The store will replace and fit all four tyres at no cost to the customer. Terms, conditions and limitations apply.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer only applies to Goodyear branded tyres in the Assurance TripleMax and Eagle F1 Directional 5 ranges.
  2. Tyres must be purchased in sets of four in one transaction and must be fitted to a registered vehicle.
  3. Tyres must be returned to the store where they were purchased and fitted, for the exchange.
  4. Customer must present the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
  5. Guarantee only applies to the original customer of the tyres for the vehicle listed on the invoice.
  6. The 100 day time frame assumes a driver may travel approximately 100kms per day for the trial period to assess their satisfaction.
  7. Tyres should only be used for everyday driving – this excludes racing or off-road terrain. Tyres returned damaged due to misuse, road hazards, mechanical problems related to the vehicle, use in racing-related activities/competitive events or those removed from the original vehicle from which they were fitted, are excluded from the trial period. The exchange will not apply and the guarantee will be invalidated. The store will inspect returned tyres and make decisions as required.
  8. Depending on the reason for which the tyres are returned, store staff will advise and make a suitable range recommendation for replacement. Regardless of whether the exchange is for a less or more expensive tyre, the customer will not be required to pay additional costs for tyres, fitting or balancing.
  9. Exchanges are for another set of four Goodyear tyres. Refunds do not apply.
  10. The 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the tyres originally purchased, in addition to replacement tyres fitted. If required, the guarantee can be taken up by a customer up to two times i.e. a customer is able to return and exchange their tyres a second time if they were not satisfied with the initial exchange.
  11. Tyres should be returned within 100 days of purchase/invoice.
  12. Additional service and fitting charges may apply to all tyres.
  13. Excludes fleet, commercial and account customers.
  14. Not available with other offers.

Goodyear tyres come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a benefit to customers provided in addition to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is provided by Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres Australia Pty Ltd of Level 1, 630 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria 3121.
