What is myjax platinum tyre maintenance program?

myjax platinum is our tyre maintenance program, which offers over $500 worth of savings on qualified vehicles and allows customers to access and track their tyre maintenance for those vehicles online at myjax.com.au. Customer who have qualified a vehicle will receive ongoing communications to remind them of upcoming maintenance & service intervals, as well as discounted offers and rewards.

How to qualify for a myjax platinum tyre maintenance program?

To qualify for a vehicle for the myjax platinum tyre maintenance program you need to purchase any four tyres from a myjax qualifying brand and a wheel alignment at any JAX Tyres & Auto store.

What tyre brands can I purchase to qualify for a myjax platinum membership?

The myjax platinum qualifying brands include; Arivo, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Dynamo, Firestone, General, Goodyear, Hankook, Laufenn, Maxxis, Michelin, Mickey Thompson, Pirelli, Tracmax and Venom.

How do I contact the myjax support team?

What if I buy two tyres now and two tyres later?

To qualify for the program you need to purchase all four tyres and a wheel alignment within a 30 day period.

I have activated my account, why can I not see my invoice history?

It takes 24 hours for your details to update in myjax.com.au. If your invoice history is still not visible after 24 hours please contact us through our Customer Service Line on 1300 557 467 or email us.

Can I have more the one vehicle on my myjax platinum account?

Yes, you are able to register up to 5 vehicles on the one myjax platinum account. This means you are able to keep all your family cars on the one account once they qualify by purchasing any four tyres and a wheel alignment for their vehicle.

I don't have an email address

When your tyres are due for a service we need to be able to let you know and email is the quickest way for us to do this. Anyone can get a free email address at www.gmail.com, www.yahoo.com or www.live.com. A valid and unique email address is a requirement of the myjax platinum tyres maintenance program.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, simply login to your account at myjax.com.au and click on the 'Options' tab. Then complete the section 'Change my password' and press 'Update password' once completed.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Go to myjax.com.au and click through to the login page. Click on 'Forgotten yours' above the password field and follow the prompts.

How do I update my details?

Login to your myjax platinum account at myjax.com.au and click on the 'Details' tab.

Can I use my myjax vouchers at any JAX Tyres & Auto store?

Yes, you can redeem your vouchers at any JAX Tyres & Auto stores.

Can I use my myjax vouchers online?

No, at this time myjax vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Please call your closest store to book in your myjax services.

Your emails go to my junk box, how do I fix this?

In order for our emails to go directly to your inbox you need to add our Customer Service email address to your safe sender list.

I have gmail and I cannot see any of my myjax platinum tyre maintenance plan emails, they are not going into junk, how do I find them?

The defaults setting for google inbox separates your emails into three categories, Primary, Social and Promotional.  Your myjax platinum tyre maintenance plan service reminder emails will default to the promotional inbox and may be missed.

You can either change your inbox settings to remove the three boxes in favour of a standard email format by clicking the settings menu found under the little cog button on the top right. Alternatively, if you right click on an email you can change the tab that it settles under. 

I deleted your email, can you please re-send it?

These vouchers can only be sent to customers once. If you have accidentally deleted your email you can try and access this in your deleted items or login to your account at myjax.com.au at anytime and download your vouchers.

I wish to unsubscribe from receiving myjax emails?

Log into your myjax account at myjax.com.au and select the 'Options' tab, and then select either 'Yes' or No' under the heading 'Manage my subscriptions.' You can also click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of an email sent to you from myjax. By unsubscribing you could miss out on important information such as upcoming maintenance for your tyres and fantastic rewards.

Do my vouchers expire?

The vouchers will only expire when the maintenance plan for that vehicle expires.

Can I use a voucher more than once?

You can only redeem each voucher once, and can only redeem one myjax voucher per visit.

My relative/friend received a voucher, why didn't I?

The maintenance plan vouchers are specific to a particular set of tyres on a vehicle. An email will be sent to a myjax platinum member when their tyres are ready for maintenance.

How will I be notified of any vouchers or offers?

You will be notified by email when your tyres are ready for maintenance or any new offers. You can also download your vouchers at anytime from your account at myjax.com.au.
