I'm writing to express my satisfaction with your Thornleigh Branch.
Over a number of years, I've been impressed with the service they provide, but more so with the attitude they all display - obvious enjoyment in the work they do , the way they interact with customers and their willingness to help customers - often with no financial benefit to them. As an example, I recently asked them for assistance in replacing a rear windscreen on my car. No worries, they arranged for the work to be conducted at their site, provided me with a lift to the train station, supervised the work, and checked a few things on the car.
Then charged me exactly what they were charged to replace the screen.
And were cheerful about it all.
My only problem is that I now have to travel from Potts Point to Thornleigh for service. And I'm happy to do that, for both our cars!
